No FUP for January for Chennai customers.....?

Everytime we get message from act regarding usage like "you have used this much of data" when you are nearing completion of FUP..
But this time no message has come yet and I have only 3 GB left of 140 GB FUP...
So does it mean we don't have FUP this month??? Or will we get same speed even after completion of FUP???
Anyone who have completed FUP For January and lives in Chennai please reply....
