No incoming calls on Jio

I recently ported to Jio, and have been facing a new issue. Although I have full signals, nobody is able to call me. All they hear is that the person you're calling is out of coverage area. I'm using moto phone with stock Android, no jio apps. Any resolution?

Probably volte isn't working. Quick solution is to toggle airplane mode on and off.

BTW if you use wifi calling I've been having issues with my Jio not switching back to volte after getting disconnected from the wifi. If that's the issue, disable wifi calling.

You can check both here:
Dial * # * #4636# * # * , Open phone information, 3 dot menu on top right, click IMS Service Status and see if either Voice over LTE or Voice over Wifi is available.

I never use Wifi calling cause it's too buggy. I tried toggling it on and off. Airplane mode too hasn't helped. And I just wouldn't know when my network is not working, cause from my side I can make calls and everything, but when it comes to receiving calls, there's a total dead end. It just randomly says that I'm out of coverage area.
