@Rhishav This looks exactly similar to mine. Can you also share 1_tr069_internet_r and 4_tr069_internet_r. (Make sure to hide the username on 1_tr069_internet_r page) I really can't figure out what might be the problem.
One more interesting thing is Tether app doesn't configure VLAN itself unless u set a custom ISP Profile and you have VLAN enabled on router so idk how is that working
