No recharge for Rs.75 available

No recharge card of Rs.75 available anywhere only available denominations are Rs.200 and Rs.1000\- So I recharged with 200 rc for tamil basic channel for two months so what it means?

u have recharged for Rs.200 right. . . then Rs.200 - (service tax +education cess + higher education cess) = to ur total available value. . . if tis s goin to 200-(21.36+0.42+0.22) = 178. . . tis s the value u get in ur account. . Now basic tamil package Rs.75 for the 1st month s reduced from ur account. . . Balance (178-75) i.e 103 s n ur A/C. . .right. . .2nd month charge of Rs75 will also be deducted aft the date s arrived. . . Balance(103-75) i.e 28 s ur balance. . . Now u need to recharge again. . . Balance will be carried forward. . . (Like ur mobile prepaid card). . . Simple na. . .

Is it possible to know the balance or end date of subscription through TV screen using STB of SunDTH. I am aware that from CC we can get this info.

Am sorry. ... i dont know any details abt the contact details n all. . . even v dont know wen v can get the other channels itself. . . let us wait for some more time. . . there's still prob b/w arasu cable n sun dth. . . even sun s not leavin the topic. .. it intro scv free stb. . . so still anger continues. . anyway will update if some news comes n. . .
