MTNL Mumbai No response from PG portal?

Hello every one ,
Made a complaint about slow speed on pg portal but haven't got any response yet.
Just one call from line man after that nothing , no call ,no email .
I tried to reach the person which is handling my case but no response from his side as well.
I have sent a email but no response yet.
What else can be done for this issue ?

What is the status of the complaint, you can add reminder/clarification that should help.

Its showing under process and date of action is 30 September, gonna try to add reminder and check if some thing happens.
