No signal issue with SUN DTH

Dear friends, I have SUN DTH connection.. so far every thing is fine. Suddenly from yesterday night, I am not able to any channel. 'E48 No Signal' message is being displayed for all the channels. I don't know what went wrong. I thought of removing and again inserting the card, but scared to that as I am not that much femilier with these setup boxes stuff. Can any one help me how to overcome this issue.?

It may be just a loose connection. Please check the connector at the STB (and at the antenna as well) and tighten it. It happened to me once (Tata Sky).
