NOC failed in Bangalore. BSNL Broadband problem since 4 days.

So once again...BSNL proved that it is going to create a Year of Broadband. The NOC(Network Operate Control) which is at Bangalore, had some serious power failures which impacted the server. As NIB, has only once control centre which is at Bangalore, hence there was serious setback to BSNL Broadband. The problem occured on Wednesday, and it took almost 4 days to restore the connection as all the authentication/authorization data(basically user/pwd) had to be reloaded.Probably thats the reason I was facing some issues.But the point is, when will goverment realise and have a Disaster Recovery Cell/Site for such kind of problems. Just imaginea any bank transactions happening when the blockout happened?
