Nokia/Blackberry/HTC: Which company has made the biggest mistakes in the recent times?

I wonder if they will finally towards Android or do another runabout with Tizen or even move towards OS like Firefox etc.

If it true.....Nokia is going for more than woindows phone.....what ever comes out will be good for nokia... I think nokia still has that stamina which can bring them back at #1 posotion.....

seems like elop still is on microsoft payroll lol.this move has given a wider channel for microsoft to experiment but as far as Nokia is concerned this move was a dumb one for them since they have limited their options by sticking only with windows.
Yes tizen,FF or ubuntu might change their fortune.but elop needs to be show the way out.

Question is, how long are they going to take to come out of Microsoft's shadow, and are they willing to risk jumping into newer platforms like Tizen/Firefox/Ubuntu - Yes, there might a decent market interested, but will it get them the sales....
