Thank you for your help and sharing your knowledge. The definitive way to get Airtel's attention is to write to [email protected] and sharing your PPPoE username. The NOC folks called and enabled the Port 4 on my router as a bridge.

Hey @XU32, there were no speed drops. The performance is actually much better. For whatever reason, I think that the Nokia ONT dropped packets after a while. Restarting it fixed it, but it was a pain. I also got v6 working after getting bridge mode enabled.
