Its free of cost.
Its kinda unethical but to get it replaced, you have to say it reboots automatically 15-20 times a day.
They will get it replaced.

Okay, I have the solution.

Focus the camera on the router. and at the same time login to router's admin panel from another phone, and keep rebooting it again and again from router's admin panel and keep recording. He will be left with no choice.
