Nokia Router - Unable to keep 5Ghz & 2.5Ghz wifi on at the same time

I have Nokia G-140W router. I am unable to keep both 5Ghz and 2.5Ghz Wifi on together, only 1 light remains on at a time (either 5Ghz or 2.5Ghz).

Why is this happening?
