Not able to browse in bridge mode

Hi.... frndzVery recently i tried to switch my connection to bridge mode to get some extra speeed...But the problem is that the moment i configure my modem to bridge mode the internet LED in modem goes offfffff and i'm not able to browse.....The dialer works fine and is always able to connect but the LED does not glow...PS: to change to bridge mode i followed the guide posted on broadband wikiMy modem model is UT300R2U

Changing from "Always On" to "dialer" "bridged" mode is done in WAN page of router.
Uncheck PPP/PPPoE and select "Bridged" Save and reboot.
Then use the dialer.

Thanks a lot bro... seems to work fine now...strangely i followed the same procedure a few days back and i wasn't able to get connected
