Not able to connect company VPN using DNA-A211-I modem

Hi, Iam using BSNL DNA-A211-I modem.Iam not able to connect to my company VPN. When i was using UT300R2U modem iam able to connect without any issues.After replacing the old modem now iam not able to connect. Error message from VPN:Remote host not responding. Can anyone help me out.. Thanks in Advance Ravi

Welcome to Broadbandforum.in

You have mentioned that computers in the VPN network
accessed when UT300R2U modem was used.
( The newUT300R2U BSNL modem Under NAT,
had no virtual server option,
for port triggering Port forwarding options )
and probably you used the DMZ option .

Para 2 : The modem/router dna 211-I is similar to
WAG3002-g4 and please refer this web site for
settings.

If you are using "Dialup" to connect to VPN
enable DMZ .
Virtual server operations will not be available.

exclusively by you and other authorised persons, from Home.

Even after doing the NAT setting changed ..Still getting the havin the same issue. Ravi

Did nat carries no meaning.What Ip address you entered ?where ? which port no. you used for Port triggering or port forwarding ? or Virtual server option.Post screen shots of the entries you made.Post ipconfig /all data.Para two:As I understand (a) first you get connected to Inter net.(b)Then give the IP address in IE browser of VPN(c) then enter ID and password ( of VPN )(d) or use another dialer for (VPN) in Network. Clarify.

Iam using nortel VPN client v4.86 r3..First connected to internet.Changed the setting.But no luck

Pls tel me wat IP address i need to give in Server IP.Pls see below
