Not able to connect to whatsapp

Since morning I am not able to connect to whatsapp neither on my Lyf handset nor on other handset using tethering. All other apps and browser working fine

I tried Re installing WhatsApp but after re installation I am not able to create the account

Heavy rains are affecting signal in Mumbai. Right now it is crawling on 850 Mhz with 200 kbps speed.

Google play store gets affected first. I don't know why JIO hates google servers so much.
