not able to do office work with bsnl fibre

Guys iam facing a weird issue .
Whenever i do office work with bsnl fibre net my office sites dont open and sometimes keeps loading , sometimes take lot of time / at night time works well .I use Cisco anyConnect VPN . Although my net works purely fine and gives 100mbps speed and pings to google etc. works fine .

Green colored ping is okay and red/ orange pings are bad . GMT is there bcoz site is located in US ..

When i use my mobile data then iam able to do office work fine .

so iam unable to decide what may be the issue . Can it be routing issue . ?
As i already told that ping and jitter as well as power is ~16.78 dBm -- looks good but only problem comes when i do office work.

So whom can i report this because if i contact my local vendor he will do speedtest check power and will say all is ok ...
m confused .. guys ,, i need ur help

Somewhere else on this forum I saw suggestion to set MTU in your modem/router to 1460 and then set MTU value in your VPN software to smaller than that, like 1400 maybe, tried that?

@vishalrao i cant change MTU in VPN bcoz it has no such option to set MTU but yes i can change MTU in router .

@invisible007 sometimes the VPN software does not have the option in UI but there is some config file you can edit - if you search online for it?

Or in other case, set MTU in router/modem to 1460 and in windows OS set MTU to 1400 and try? (reboot)

Does your work allow you to use other open source VPN clients ? Why dont u try that once ?

Nope i cant install/use any other VPN apart from the one which is installed
But i doubt it has nothing to do with vpn because when i use mobile data everything works fine

Change Firewall mode in router from High to Low and try.

Don't know about Cisco vpns but this might help to find MTU settings - Changing Anyconnect MTU on ASA or client

Also doesn't the VPN create it's own network adapter? you can try changing it's MTU too maybe Setting The MTU In Windows Vista

You can try changing the upstream DNS server and see if it works.
This looks like a routing issue. If your corporate n/w has more than one VPN gateway, try switching to alternate.

Usually on corporate n/w , your http/s n/w connections would go via a proxy, check your proxy settings.
