Not able to stream youtube above 480p on mobile through JioFiber wifi (2.4 ghz)

This is only happening in the app. Even on mobile browser everything is fine. Maybe a Youtube app bug?

As Xposed said, your Wi-Fi's probably detected as a hotspot.

This was posted earlier as well 2.4Ghz wifi detected as hotspot from 26/08/19. Earlier it was fine. | Reliance JioFiber

OP see if you can change the WiFi network type to unmetered in your phone settings.

Yes. Thanks. My issue got fixed after selecting - unmetered in wifi.
