Not Getting 200 Mbps Speed In Deco M4

I connected my airtel xstream fibre [200 mbps] to 2 TP-Link Deco M4 but I get max speed 100 mbps .. What have I done wrong? Please tell

first step. verify cables and devices are capable of gigabit connectivity.

Goto QoS setting and change the network speed there to 1000 Mbps in download and upload.

Wired or wireless? If wireless what if you keep just one of the 2 M4 devices and test again? On what device are you testing it out like mobile or wifi laptop or wired lan? If you are getting exact 100 everytime then may be cables could be the issue if wired, as already stated above.

main Deco I am getting 100 mbps .. it is connected with lan to airtel zte router... today I changed my deco setting to access point mode from earlier router mode but this comes with cons not getting qos and various other things but getting full speed =200] .. any idea how to keep on router mode and get 200 mbps.. help please

there might be some setting that you are somehow missing? I have no experience with Deco M4
try factory reset and/or firmware update if new version is available.
Is the product under warranty?
Also if you have other devices hooked to M4, what is the local transfer speed on the same irrespective of the Internet speed?
e.g. if you transfer a file from laptop wifi hooked to m4 to say other device locally thru deco m4?
what if you remove deco m4 and test with the original ont router provided by airtel? is it 200mbps
