I recently moved from ACT fibernet (100mbps)to Excitel (300mbps), Excitel has given me ubiqcom ont +wifi , Im not getting a promised speed on wifi as I was getting on ACT.
I have raised couple of ticket but excitel team asked me to restart the router whoa, it worked but after sometime same drama,
I believe there ont is not capable of handling this much speed, the ONT I got is Ubiqcom 5021 GVWD.
Is there any way to overcome this problem.
