Now It's working for all numbers....
The Rs.4 recharge is not working for my number as well !
And the customer care says sir the scheme is not open for all the customers !
And no where , I assure you no where they're mentioning such a thing that this scheme applies to certain numbers only and not all. They're running Campaign on Facebook Page, Official Website, and through Mobile Ads, but nowhere such a Term or Condition has been written !
