it seems that website is not updated but FYI Now we get 2GB for 48/-2.5GB for 60/-6GB for 95/-all these plans have 30 days validity!Apart from this there is 5/- plan which is valid till midnight of the day activation with data cap 50MBI am DoCoMo user. It rocks!

don't want to spoil the mood, but 3G will not be cheap,

lower the speed, less the bandwidth drainage, that's why you get ultra cheap rates on 2G services.

3G is going to be way expensive above your current 2G plan and forget the unlimited, it can be unlimited hours, not data transfer and will come with a fair use policy during first few month if not year/s.
