I just moved from USA to India and got my 1 1/2 year old LCD HD TV (42 inch Poloroid TV). I am not sure if this is multi system TV or only NTSC. I will try to plug in and see if it works..Can some smart person who knows this can explain what I need to do. Do I need to change to tuner.. or you think it will work?Thanks!!!

hey the problem is the signal in india is in video
al audio:i but in USA its ntsc & D/k. more over the analog cable signal is in pal at 60 hz. i tried a convertor pal to ntsc got it from singapore, but it worked for the video. but audio system is still not usable 
i have a Philips dvd 400gb recorded from USA i tried philips across delhi. sorry to say no smart person to get it working. if you find a solution please let me know.

anyways do you have a atsc or ntsc tuner on ur machine. USA after febraury 2008 , to my rememberance, uses ATSC these days for HDTV channels
