well In delhi and NCR it works like a charm. cheap plans and good coverage even better than GSM..

Zte sells a few officially (Grand S2 and other cheaper ones). Htc also sells CDMA/GSM dual sim phones officially in India.
Then there are other Chinese companies. Type CDMA into eBay to begin!
