one pc having wifi access shows dismal speed why

I am using a windows 7 pc, of which the ethernet port is not working.
I have speed of 60 mbps showing in other pc, which has windows 11. I am now accessing the wifi access for my windows 7 and my speed check gives dismal speed stat in the same website, speedtest.net.in.
what happened to this pc. Does the wifi adapter is the cause.
But normally any wifi adapter suppports 100 mb speed. I am using DWA 131 N Nano adapter D-Link.I enclose the details of speed

Go to speedtest.net not speedtest.net.in which is a different site
 
Hi, please say why this is happening. When I click login,the login page alerts that I am already logged and it shows my name in the top.
But when I click on the link in that page, I get to the page, as same login page. This is happening. Moreover, some of my post does not show at all. I do not get any chance to include any example file addition
 
I do not see any post other than my post.
Your post which has just arrived at email if i click view thread, or if i click the imgur , I am surprised that it auto plays as if a video is playing, without my control. Did you send a gif file.
Can I directly communicate with admin
 
It seems that the adv in the middle of forum blocks my post.
Because, I could not see updated posts when I browse.
I have cleared entire cache. Inspite, this happens.
When I already logged in , my account name never shows up in the top of login page.
Next coming to attachment, I could not attach any image , as it shows url in the clicking of image .
 
forum has generally never allowed attachments. use imgur or any other web service to host your images.

I queried firefox , my browser, and one such advice was to turn off enhanced proteced mode which was default on on position.
Now i see my posts.
Let us try this mode.
Coming to the thread,
please see the speed in one of the pc, in a speed site. Speedtest.net could not load. will try .
But my query is , when the other pc shows, speed of 65 mbs, how one of my pc, shows this result

speedtest.net show 7.2 mbs download and 18.00 mb speed upload speed
 
speed test variation is hard to explain without access to the hardware. wireless performance would be poor on older hardware. distance from the router matters.
