Yes good for forex use, also make sure to enable "slide to authenticate" feature so no worries about otp.

From few months one card is running 0 forex offer but you have to activate it from offer section, not sure if its still going on.
 
So I tried contacting support and seems like there’s practically no way to contact them directly. You will be directed to a chat bot which apparently is of no use.

If you tap on create a ticket, you are redirected to the chatbot.
 
They do have a customer support department, but contacting them within the app itself is nothing less than navigating through a maze.

I was able to connect to an agent, but I don't remember how. God forbid, if there's a fraud on this card, raising a dispute or expecting any meaningful support seems too much to ask. The only reason I used this card was to avoid forex charges, but I had to pay them. They offered some stamps, which I could never redeem. As per the support, I should get the 'reward points' by August 9 for the transactions done in the month of May.
 
I just got a credit limit increase for the second time in a week (wtf?). Last week (26th July) got a ₹50,000 increase from ₹5 lakh, today another ₹50,000 increase to ₹6 lakh.
