x720, selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in, always gives very generic error about Unique id, or user or broadband id exist or incorrect. At last got to speak with some one in 1500 who confirmed Outstanding is zero and hence no bill. It appears I paid enough covering second month when i paid first month's bill.

The only website on which i was able to register and see my bill is below:

http://218.248.42.50:3307/login.jsp

Another website allowed me to register is below. But after i added my number, it said i have to call 1500 for them to activate it or something so that it shows up in the website. When i called 1500 they dont recognize this website. When i tried to add my number again in this website, it says number already added.

BSNL Customer Care

Has any one successfully added their number in the above website from Bangalore? if so please help. This website seem to offer more selfcare.
I still prefer to see my bill online as PDF. http://218.248.42.50:3307/login.jsp just gives a summary of the bill.

Thanks for your help again.

BSNL websites needs to be more customer friendly, It was so difficult for me to register in their websites and get what i wanted. I understand there are different telecom circles, but why separate websites/portals/selfcares when they have the concept of Unique ID? There should be just one website like Airtel.

The portal works like a charm if you're able to register on it. But I've seen with a lot of newer connections is that the user is not able to register on the portal itself. If the link you used before works alright, use that only.
