hi, I am curretly on Home 250 plan. Recently I changed to Home 900 plan through online registration on 28th may. Still now there has been no change.Help...
You have to write an application regarding change of plan and submit it to your exchange. They will change it from next billing cycle. Online registration is of no use.
Go and visit the commercial officer and do it on the spot.This is the best procedure of dealing BSNL people.You can get the name of the appropriate person in your area by consulting Helpline.Since the change takes in 1st day of the month do it in last quarter of a month so that it can be effetive in the next month.Otherwise if you visit on 2th day of the month say 2nd July and they change the line on spot, you wil have to pay 250+900 for that changing month.This happned in my case.
