My friend wants to get his ONT replaced with another as his current ONT only has 2 ethernet ports and he wanted to use other equipment too where he requires more than 2 port, he talked to airtel support and they refused his request, is there any way to get it replaced with another model like ZTE or Nokia etc. My idea was to just straightforward use screwdriver and end the router's life then request new one with excuse that power was unstable and something happened to that.
