ONU configuration worries

So recently i enabled ipv6 on my alliance connection so i was given the login id and pass then in the next 12 hours my connection stopped working so i checked my onu webpage and it said this below which is clearly a configuration error on their side when i called my lco he forwarded me the hub number. Then after him receiving my macid he tried doing something in the background but didnt fix the link then he said onu has to be replaced now the problem is i dont really want their shitty all in one modem router combo with tr069 enabled and locked down . How should i go about this but keeping my uw-101 dumb onu with me in the setup.

I was also facing the same issue where the PPPoE link was not connecting, after contacting customer support, they fixed it. PPPoE does not require any MAC binding as it does not check for MAC. Just check if the service name is correct.

i just gave in they supplied me a gr6010 and after that it worked fine.

You can ask them to enable bridge mode in it, brdr!

already did. i suppose they introduced vendor based authentication like bsnl.

Sorry? Are you referring to MAC cloning or something else?

i used to use my decade old uw101 then it randomly stopped registering on their network but now with the new 6010 it does register.

How did you get them to enable IPv6 for you?

call them on their cc theyll provide you with the pppoe creds.
