Hi I recently changed my Airtel Airfiber connection to Airtel Fiber. The thing is that I want to change their stocked device as its locked and they are not ready to set it in bridge mode.
I do have some options like TP-Link XZ000-G3 (ver 2.0) , Tp-Link XC220-G3 , Tp-Link XC220-G3v , Tp-Link XX530v . Now the thing is that which product should I buy?
Does Tp-Link XZ000-G3 (ver 2.0) works with Airtel as the version 1 is not available in market or should I go with other options?
Guys please help @tr1k0N4 @IfranAli

Brdr, XC220-G3v does work with Airtel Xstream as does XC220-G3.
And you could also go with XX530v if you have the budget and can make do with few of its current limitations like no support for IPv6 VoIP and IPv6 address not being assigned to Mobiles etc. Future firmwares should hopefully fix these.
And yes, G3v2 also works with Airtel.

Did Airtel give you a ZyXEL WiFi 6 ONT?

Brdr, @tr1k0N4 but I've seen in this video

that XC220-g3v works with Airtel.
And for XX530v , ya I can afford it for sure but I want to keep my spending as least as possible as I've already a very capable Netgear router flashed with OpenWRT and using it for quite some time and don't want to replace it if it's not very necessary. So want a ONU+Router thingy that for most of the time will work as ONU and if my main router fails then it will work as a backup. Does XX530v has a bridge mode in it?
Can you elaborate more about XN020-g3(found about it in Geeky Twins yt videos), does it has bridge mode?
I generally don't recharge beyond 300-400mbps and most of the time stay with 100mbps on all my ISPs

Actually I want something that can be bridged to my previous router and can work as a backup as well if required

When did I say XC220-G3v doesn't work with Airtel?🤔
And I totally recommend XC220-G3v for your situation as it is a perfect blend of cost and performance
And no, I wouldn't recommend XN020-G3 even though it might have bridge mode.

@tr1k0N4 sorry brdr I misread your previous post, ya you already mentioned that XC220-G3v works with airtel fiber.
One more thing do you know what is the difference between XC220-G3 vs XC220-G3v other than VoIP support in latter one?
And again extremely sorry for misreading your post 😅

No worries at all and you could go through the spec sheet, I feel there shouldn't be any other difference.
