if 53 is open use virtual server in router and redirect the same 53 to internal port that u r interested in. e.g. if your service is running on 3389 but 3389 is closed and only 53 is open by airtel, send a request (if and wherever possible) to 53 over WAN but on LAN map it to 3389.
It's called virtual server but different routers use different terminology. Some routers call is as port forwarding only but with choice to map wan port to lan port
however i doubt if only these are kept open by airtel. many should be open
