Popular DNS servers differ only by few miliseconds. So if you access 10000 different websites in a day, you save just 5-8 minutes in whole day!

But I doubt anyone accesses 10000 websites in a day. So actual time saved would hardly be 2-3 minutes a day.

Overall DNS servers dont really make much difference unless you use a very poor DNS server.
 
Yup. Your OS or router would cache the DNS after the first time it is accessed so stop worrying so much about a few milliseconds. Pick the one that is stable and is well managed.
