No my PC is not on Gigabit LAN; it using a very old 100Mbps LAN.

I got close to 200Mbps on mobile on installation day which is connected through WiFi 5Ghz @433Mbps.

I think the cable that makes in into your home is just a LAN cable (which isn't that sensitive to angles) so you should be fine.
No, I'm talking about the thin optical fiber wire, inside the box that sits between the black cable and the ONT. ACT does full FTTH here unlike FTTN and ethernet to home in other cities. My Optical signal levels are close to yours and I didn't have a problem with the speeds, yet.

Figured it out!

When setting up WiFi security I chose WPA2+WPA3 thinking it's gonna have "the bestest" security. It brought down the speed by 25%!

When I selected WPA2 and disabled IEEE 802.11w the speed is no longer capped at 50Mbps. It's kinda wild.... 100 - 200Mbps.

My guess: My phone is only providing "software support" for encryption required by WPA3 so it just slowed everything down. Or maybe it's just the router.

BUT

My speed is still not constantly 200 Mbps it varies too much... what can I do about it? As in most of the time upload speed is reaching 240 Mbps but download only 100+ Mbps...
