Options missing in the Jio Centrum dashboard

Earlier when I accessed the Jio Centrum dashboard I used to get all the options but now when I login I only get the option to change the password. The options on the side menu flash before disappearing immediately while it loads. I have also tried to directly open the page of the settings by getting the URL from my history but that gives me the 401 unauthorized error. What can I do to access my settings again?

Changing the password seems to be the only thing I can do. I have seen other people speak about this on Reddit. Turns out Jio has started removing the option in recent updates. Now in order to configure using Jio Centrum, we are expected to call the helpline and somehow get a network technician with expertise to change the settings on the back end.

Same issue here, 192.168.29.1 now shows 401 Unauthorised, have they seriously blocked the admin page completely now?
