OTT apps subscription not enabled in Rs.999 plan

I upgraded my JioFiber subscription to Rs.999 plan (from 699 plan) on 12.10.2021. Though the speed of connection got increased to 150 mbps, the promised 14 free subscriptions to OTT has not been enabled in my account. The subscriptions do not show up on MyJio app as well as STB. I complained to customer care but it's not getting resolved even after 5 days. The mechanics who visited do not have any knowledge of the system.
Can someone suggest a way out.

Try opening each OTT app on the set top box and check whether you have access to paid content or not. As far as I know the subscription starts automatically as soon as you open an app on the set top box for the first time after recharge.
 
Did u get this solved? I am facing same issue since last 10 days and jiocare is pathetic. No hel and nothing done yet. How did yours get solved? Pls help
