MTNL Mumbai Packet loss, Higher Latencies...

Since yesterday afternoon MTNL has been acting really wierd. Especially when connecting to EU servers, there is a huge Packet Loss resulting in Higher Latencies.

Does anyone else facing this problem?

I use this as a test server when checking routing and connectivity issues :

something weird going on with mtnl, i am getting very poor from servers outside of india (tried speedtest on testmy.net) most of the servers giving poor speed except one in US. websites and youtube are working fine but streaming from vidzi, video.to etcetc not working at all.
p.s. its mtnl delhi for me.

Yep, there's definitely something wrong with MTNL since a couple of days now. It's impossible to play League of Legends for me. The packet loss is real, hopefully it gets fixed soon!

The packet loss is manageable for games but not horrible for me.

But streaming videos from anything other than YouTube is really bad.
Also any HTTP download is a hit or miss.

I noticed that too. MTNL switches to some shitty routing if they fail to pay their bills to bigger Bandwidth providers.

Lol, you guys are not alone.I play league too.And Mtnl for the most part since last year has been routing through Airtel.The pings to servers outside India is crazy high.Even to Singapore the pings are 280-300 which is supposed to be actually around 50-80. So whether they will fix this anytime soon is a ? ....but am trying to change to some other isp.As calling mtnl is of no use as you guys might or might not be familiar they just want to know if your net works and explaining these technical terms get you nowhere.So do post here if anyone having similar issues or is in a better situation regarding ping .

yea there were some timeout/pk loss issues for that weekend...... but now its normal since last week..... but since its still routing through Airtel so it can keep happening again...

I too play LOL..... getting 140ms to EUW ingame....

Have random loss spikes in cs go, MM server picker shows ping in the range of 50-60 ms. stays like that when i join a server but increases to 80-100ish range and stays that way on indian servers.
