Packet loss on BSNL FTTH

Can you guys please help me out by downloading and running WinMTR from WinMTR
Post results for google.com and please mention your Ip range and Circle as well. Thanks a lot.
 
I do understand that but this trace is using TCP and not ICMP.
And I face severe rubber banding while gaming.

those IPs belong to BSNL though, you won't ever need to directly connect with these IPs, your router only makes direct connections with the gateway (2nd hop) . I think your rubber banding issue is separate. Try tracerouting to game servers

I have been experiencing high jitters (packet delay) and ping spike since the past one month but no packet loss.
