Packet loss while playing Valorant

Hello,
My local isp has been not that great when it comes to gaming. I have a fiber connection from them connected to a TP-Link GPON router and thats connected to my PC via cat5 cable. I mainly play on singapore valorant server and the packet loss i am getting is insane around 200-300 lost in the span of 5mins playing on a deathmatch server. Attaching the traceroute. Is it normal for the local gateway and isp gateway to get packet loss?

Yes you can experience packet losses. These are residential connections not commercial leased lines. Very basic QoS applies.

Hey, Is (192.168.1.1) your Router? Generally, your local router should NOT cause packet loss if you are connected via ethernet. Is the packet loss Persistent in Wifi also?

Yea its my TP-Link xpon router and the local isp fiber is connect to it. I have connected that router to my pc via cat5 cable. I have never tried in wifi
