Packets going through same hop twice

This is happening since 22 March when they upgraded their BNG. Since then every packet is going through the same hop twice. can someone tell me if it is ok or should I raise a ticket?

There is nothing to be alarmed about, it is likely the firewall and BNG two separate devices both itself sharing a global IP that is being NAT'ed.
