I have been a long term user of a Vi for this particular number i am talking about here ,yes 7 years
for for last 20-25 days things have gone really bad,despite my repeated complaints on Vi social media and their technician visiting my place and making false promises i have got nothing from Vi
I was using 1.5gb/day unlimited internet pack rs859 for 84 days in my Huwaei dongle
but about 25 days ago i had an issue..the issue was
the internnet was getting connected ,however i was not able to open any website
and in these times the upload speed was more than the download speed
whenever i contacted VI customer care they assured me things will be fixed and lodged a complaint number but things barely improved and even got worse barely getting an hour of internet and using only 20% of daily data limit,this drama went on for few days till they decided to send their technician to my place
and during his visit internet was working and for next few hours but again when i shut down pc and started things were just same..the technician gave me his number so that i can report him this issue and whenever i called him things worked for few hours and again it stops..and in the end he stopped responding my calls or whatsapp message and videos explaining my issue..i even tried replacing sim card but that too didnt work
i was frustrated at this and to test if there was anything wrong with my dongle i tested it with airtel sim and even bsnl and things were working fine
when i visited local Vi mini store and told about all this,they told me to visit VI mega store which i didnt or try my Vi sim card on a mobile that too i didint try
so tell me is it possible that Vi has blacklisted my number ?as i use another Vi on my mobile that works
