Netflix is shady coz it can't guarantee the theatrical business and is only interested in the streaming platform.

If you ask me, it will only go two ways - either WB becomes fully Zionist by joining Paramount or rejects all bids and stays independent and goes ahead with splitting into 2 divisions, which it announced back in January.
