Pathetic ACT connection at vidyaranyapura

I took ACT broadband connection on mid august 2015, in the last one and half month the connection has gone down 5 times. Everytime it takes 5-10 mins to reach a customer center to register a complaint which is frustrating and on top of that they take 24 working hrs which means 3 working days to fix it. this is really pathetic and i am frustrated with my decision of going with ACT.

Earlier i had airtel connection, over the last 4 years with airtel i might have called their customer center may be once a year. Just because their plans were costly i moved to ACT, but it looks like this is a wrong decision i took.
Everyday when i reach home i have to keep my fingers crossed and hope that the connection is up, its crazy.

my request with ACT is that if you are not ready in some areas/circles pls do not accept connections and provide such unprofessional service.
