[color=rgb(51,51,51);font-family:'Lucida Grande', 'Trebuchet MS', Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:13px;background-color:rgb(225,235,242);]took tikona connection on 21st sept....for 11 days it worked amazing...then prob started where i didnt have internet connection for 3 dayz because they r repairing their tower.......and now after the tower thingy is done i am getting a pathetic speed of 400Kbps and with a ping of above 500.....[/color]

[SIZE=10pt]nope the problem is not solved...i am just tired of calling technical care and repeating your procedure of taking out the lan wire connecting to this and that jack and checking to speed tests[/SIZE]
