Pathetic services by vediocon d2h

Hi there
again it is proved that i have made a mistake by taking my cable service provider vidiocon d2h. Today i have tried to recharge my pakage with 355. I went to the vediocon log inpage intered my credetial and my credit card details. Now i got a message from bank that rs 355 Was spent...at the same time i got message on my d2h confirmation page as credit declined due to some invalid parameter. So i called the bank to know about the status. Rep told me that the transaction has already done and provided me the transaction id. I called to vediocon d2h cc and some untrained poor speaking agent recd my call...informed the incident, however he not able to understand that and finally drop my call. Again i called, and ask to file a complain...now the new rep.,instead of filing complain...trying to make me fool as she informed me that you should wait for 36 Hours and again drop my call. Now i called third time to registered my complaint and by forcing my complaint was registered. What pathetic company with pathetic untrained customer rep. I am removing your services ASAP.
 
Sad to hear the story. Don't worry your money won't disappear. In all likelihood, it will be refunded soon to your bank.
 
I have had numerous instances of failed transactions where bank side goes through but the merchant side fcuks it up. The money automatically reverts in 3-4 working days. But yes, to be sure , no harm in calling Videocon.
