Pathetic Speeds on 2mbps

I am synced at 2048/512 on the Trib 599 Plan. Still i am managing a max of 350 Kbps only that also during the non-busy hours using multiple http streams to download.Between 12 PM-6 PM speed ranges from 90-175 kbpsSlow speed during busy hours is understandable but even during night low speed indicates that they have restricted the speed using software coz the sync rate is 2048Anybody else facing similar issues?

yaar cyber... i use MTNL rarely - but for u - i use it whole day today - frankly no problemo at all.... except for 8hrly auto-cut

thanks but didnt u experience slow speed between 12-6 PM?..did u do a speed test on foreign servers during this period?

speed tests on speedtest.net comes variable for me - whenever in doubt of speed - i either try downloadin somethin from microsoft or stage6.divx.com (usin DAP) or try somethin on torrent from free/open servers(still i manage to get approx 180 - 200 KB/s on free servers (mind u cann't keep usin them for long as i have pay per use plan).... no prob with either on last day...read somewhere here only - some prob is goin with specific exchanges in delhi - i think with 26XX exchange...what i experience in the rush hours is there is little delay in realization of website even though i use opendns dns, but speed is comin fine...

generally what i have noticed with MTNL is that single HTTP stream speed goes down between 12-6 PM..so if u do a speed test...speed will come out very low..but if u split the download creating multiple FTP/HTTPS stream then speed will the hit 1700 Kbps mark even during the busy periodBut now for the past few days.. even if i divide a file into 20 parts the speed doesnt go above 350 Kbps...even MTNL test site shows 400 Kbps which indicates that prob is internal & not on the intl side.I have another Unltd connex but that is working normally..I have noticed a change in the gateway..can u post a tracert to any intl site..

i get steady 1.8 mbps all night usually after 1 am till soem time around 10am.
The rest of the time usually afternoons its pathetic
