Pathetic speeds on 60MBPS,599rs plan on bsnl

First up all thank you guys for helping me set up my Syrotech GPON -1110-WDONT I took this BSNL 60MBPS plan, the max speeds which I just got 3 -4 times was 30 Mbps , the average speeds are 7-14MBPS, I sent the screenshots to my TIP , He is not responding, Do you guys think that this may be router issues as it's almost new, or he might be throttling, if anyone might have faced this issue, kindly guide me, the ping is around 20-25.

Can you try doing a LAN Speed Test ,Do a download from Google Servers like Drive ,It will fetch you a right idea about the speed you getting currently.

Secondly ,If u have access to the ONT ,they share the page for PON Info and WAN info,It will give an idea about Optical Rx ,Tx Values,MTU ,DNS .

Don’t think your TIP has anything to gain by throttling your VLAN only. Speeds are controlled at BSNL’s servers. Might be the WiFi on the modem is bad. Test with LAN cable and laptop.

Same case is with me i have the same plan and barely get 15Mbps through the day..
