Not correct. I had to wait for more than 3 days, even after the status was 'shipped' in my accounts. Even today, my account shows 'shipped', but I haven't got the voucher no. yet.

I got the rs. 1000 voucher today and my recharged account extends till this year end. The waiting period was 5 days. Thanks ajuravi.

Finally got the refund from Giftmate on the 26th. Put in a fresh order for the rs1000 Tata Sky voucher(the transaction went through smoothly this time) and received the pin a couple of hrs back.
