I am having connection at my Hyd house. At present I am in USA for few months. I wanted to make payment, which is due in March. I am struggling a lot. But unable to make payment thru net banking as bill desk is not responding to Act fibre. Pls advise.
 
Tried connecting through VPN?
 
Maybe bill desk is having problem processing out of country payments. Email billdesk customer care.

Btw ACT has this thing called vacation plans. So you can call them and tell them to stop the service they'll stop it. once you get back to india, you can ask them to restore the service without no extra cost. Minimum time period of disconnection is 1 month.
