I order from Netmeds regularly and I've been using PayPal to pay for the items that I order. I've used PayPal for ordering from other domestic merchants too.

Why would you use paypal for domestic payments?

because paypal has an individual division which works similar to local payment services like Paytm. i do not use any merchant that support paypal right now. but a lot of them do.
