Pc not booting up

are there any unused TX pins near the main connector ? (one near the IDE connectors)
pic is small and I cannot see if its wrongly connected.

Thank you :) This did the trick. System gave out 3 beeps before starting again. After entering correct date and time in bios menu system started fine. However it gave a warning that you need to format A: before using it. I didn't had any A: drive before. Should I format it?
 
Also I was careful with system while cleaning it. So I was sure it was some small problem.

And it also showed an error saying media cable was corrupt or some thing . so should I change the cable connecting hard disk to mb?
