Am using MTNL and having many issues and despite complaining to mtnl many times the issue still remains, now am planning to complain regarding the issues through pg portal and i have some queries regarding it.
How many days it can take to resolve the issue?
Is it really worth to complain to PG portal ?
Do they follow up before closing the complain ?
